YEAR ROUND BEERS
Solidarity

SOLIDARITY BLACK MILD ALE
"Mild" refers to an English-style beer that is malt-accented yet light bodied and low in alcohol. Depite it's dark appearance Solidarity Black Mild is light bodied and refreshingly drinkable. A variety of roasted malts lend toasty, nutty flavors and complexity, with subtle notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of smoke. Pull up a seat and have another round with your best mates!

Manifesto MANIFESTO WIT BIER

Belgian-style ‘wit-bier’ or white ale has a light wheat base and is typically spiced with coriander and citrus peel. For a unique twist, we add rose petals as well. Manifesto Wit is pale straw-colored and slightly hazy in appearance, with invigorating citrus, floral, and spice aromatics. The light body and subtle sweetness of this beer accentuate the peppery flavor produced by the yeast. These lively flavors, combined with the slight tartness in the finish, create a crisp and refreshing experience. It’s sunshine in a glass!

Revolution

REVOLUTION EXTRA PALE ALE

Extra Pale Ale (XPA) is a variation on American pale ale–bright and refreshing with a substantial hop presence. Light-gold in color, Revolution XPA's subtle malt backbone and medium body balance

it's hop bitterness. Dryhopping delivers big hop aromas with the essence of nectar fruit, citrus, and freshly cut grass. As these assertive flavors recede a hint of bready malt rounds out the finish.

Bitter never tasted so sweet!

Populist

POPULIST IPA
Our take on the West Coast IPA; Populist is defined by bold hop character. Tropical fruit aromatics give way to flavors of orange blossom, pine, and freshly cut grass with each sip. Light caramel undertones and bready malt character establish the foundation from which the hops shine. Populist is an IPA huge in hop flavor and aroma without lingering or overpowering bitterness.

Welcome to the endless West-coast summer!

SEASONAL BEERS
Unionist

UNIONIST BELGIAN PALE ALE

A combination of Belgian and English styles, this Belgian Pale Ale has the subtle spice characteristics of cinnamon and nutmeg, produced by the Belgian yeast. The medium body and biscuity malt backbone, common in English ales, support the subtle hop bitterness to make this beer a perfect blend of styles.

Unity

UNITY 2012 BERLINER RYE W/ PRICKLY PEAR

Brewed with the participation of many people from the LA beer community, this beer is the official beer of LA Beer Week. The name “Unity” which represents the collaborative efforts in creating this beer always remains the same, but each year a different style of beer is chosen. This Berliner Rye with prickly pear has a light body and a crisp tartness. The smoothness on the palate from the rye helps to carry the notable guava-like tropical fruit flavor imparted by the two different types of prickly pear (red and green fruit) used.

Equinox

EQUINOX BARREL AGED BLOND SOUR

Like the balance of day and night during the autumnal equinox, our barrel-aged sour blonde ale is a perfect balance of sweetness, tartness, and subtle hop bitterness. The refreshing aromas of citrus blend seamlessly with the complex earthy flavor notes of oak, grass, muscat grapes, and starfruit to create a smooth yet invigorating drink. Each sip entices you to have another, and savor the flavor of this deliciously well-rounded beer.
